The arrangement ordered was really beautiful and done with very fresh flowers. The delivery of my same-day order was super-fast and friendly. They sent me a text after my order to let me know that a substitution of a particular flower was necessary and actually asked me to select the replacement flower to use. I have never had a florist do this with an online order and I really appreciated that extra effort to make sure I would be happy with the flowers.
